Data We Collect
When you use the vektor bot or dashboard, we collect: - Discord User ID, username, and avatar (via OAuth2 identify scope) - Server list and permissions (via OAuth2 guilds scope) - Server ID and bot settings (for configuration) - Economy data: balances, transactions, duel results (for bot features) - Moderation history and ticket messages (for logging and support) - Activity points (for the activity system) - Date of account creation (for verification features) Payment data: When purchasing premium via NowPayments, the following is shared with NowPayments (payment processor): payment amount, cryptocurrency address, invoice ID. We do not store your payment credentials. NowPayments privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Data We Do NOT Collect
- Private message content - Messages outside of bot functions - Passwords or payment information - IP addresses - Data from other servers
How We Use Data
Data is used exclusively for: - Operating bot functionality - Improving the service - User support - Preventing abuse We do NOT sell data to third parties, use it for advertising, or profile users.
Data Storage
Data is stored in a secured database with restricted access. Data is retained until: - The bot is removed from the server (server data) - A deletion request from the user - 30 days of inactivity (logs)
Data Sharing
We do not share data with third parties, except when required by law or to protect the developer's rights.
Your Rights
You have the right to: - Access your data (via /profile or support request) - Request data deletion (via support) - Export your data (via support request) - Withdraw consent (remove the bot from your server)
Data Security
We implement security measures including restricted database access, regular backups, and security monitoring. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
Minors
The bot is not intended for users under 13 years of age, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
GDPR (EU Users)
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under Articles 15-21 of the GDPR, including right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact us through the support server.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced through the support server. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
