Terms of Service
General
These Terms of Service govern the use of the vektor Discord bot and dashboard. By using the service, you agree to these terms. The service is provided "as is".
Service Description
vektor is a Discord bot for gaming communities providing: economy system (currency, balances, transfers), duels and stakes, corporations/guilds, server moderation, tickets and verification, and other features as documented. The bot operates exclusively within the Discord platform.
Rules of Use
Users must: - Use the bot in good faith - Follow Discord's rules - Not use the bot for illegal activities Prohibited: - Abuse of bot features (spam, farming) - Hacking or exploiting vulnerabilities - Fraud using the bot - Circumventing restrictions and bans - Selling accounts or in-game items for real money (unless allowed by server admin)
Virtual Goods
All virtual items (currency, balances, badges, roles) exist only within the bot and have no real monetary value. The developer is not responsible for loss of virtual items due to technical issues, server admin actions, or user violations. Virtual goods cannot be exchanged for real money. Virtual currency and items are non-transferable for real-world consideration, cannot be sold or traded on any secondary market, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or converted to cash or anything of value outside the bot.
Games of Chance
Games of chance and casino-style features (slots, coinflip, roulette, duels, and similar) use the bot's virtual currency exclusively and are provided for entertainment only. Virtual currency wagered, won, or lost in these features has no real-world or monetary value, cannot be purchased with or exchanged for real money, and cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. These features do not constitute gambling, betting, or a money-transmission or financial service of any kind.
Guarantor System & Disputes
The guarantor system provides tools for resolving disputes between users. The developer is not a party to transactions between users. Guarantors are appointed by server administration. The developer does not guarantee the safety of transactions involving external goods.
Refund Policy
Fiat subscriptions via Whop: Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase if the premium features were materially unavailable (e.g. bot offline for an extended period not attributable to Discord outages or planned maintenance). After 14 days or after substantial use, refunds are not available for digital services. Subscription renewals are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your Whop order ID. Cancellation: Manage or cancel any active fiat (card/PayPal) subscription from the dashboard under Settings > Premium > Manage on Whop, which opens your Whop billing portal where the cancellation is completed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; premium access continues until that date. Crypto (NowPayments) subscriptions are pay-per-month and do not auto-renew — they simply expire unless you pay again, so there is nothing to cancel.
Crypto Payments (NowPayments)
Crypto payments are processed on-chain via NowPayments and are non-reversible once confirmed on the blockchain. This is a fundamental property of cryptocurrency transactions, not a policy choice by vektor. Before payment confirmation: if you have opened an invoice but have not yet sent funds, simply do not pay — the invoice expires automatically with no charge. After blockchain confirmation: on-chain crypto payments cannot be reversed or refunded by vektor. If your premium tier was not activated after a confirmed payment, contact [email protected] with your NowPayments invoice ID — we will investigate and activate the tier manually or provide a remedy at our discretion. All crypto payments are additionally subject to NowPayments's Terms of Service (nowpayments.io/terms-of-service).
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data preservation, or absence of errors. The developer is not liable for damages from using the bot, actions of server administrators, or actions of other users.
Developer Rights
The developer reserves the right to: modify bot functionality without notice, restrict access, block users and servers for violations, and modify these terms.
Termination
Users may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from their server. Before leaving, users can export their data via the dashboard. The developer may discontinue the service at any time. Server data is deleted on operator request via the /gdpr command or dashboard — personal records are hard-deleted, shared records (trades, duels, moderation actions involving other users) are anonymized to preserve the historical context for other parties while removing the user identifier. Users can request immediate data deletion via support.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, in court.
