Corporations

First corporation is free. Subsequent ones have a configurable fee. On creation, you set: • Name and tag (unique) • Description • Public or private A Discord role and channels are automatically created (if corpChannelsEnabled). Create: /corporation → Create.

Role system within a corporation: • Owner — full control • Officer — member management • Member — basic rights Admins can configure additional roles via Dashboard.

Each corporation has its own treasury with separate balances per currency. Income sources: member dues, taxes, trade profits. Expenses: member salaries, purchases. Manage: /corporation → Treasury.

Corporations can set a tax rate on member income. Tax is automatically deducted and credited to the corporation treasury.

Regular member contributions to the treasury. Amount and frequency are configurable. Currency must have the corpDues flag.

Corporations can issue stocks (IPO) on the exchange. Members trade stocks via the Stock Market module. Settings: ticker, share count, public float, initial price.

Public catalog of all corporations. Ranked by treasury size, member count, and stock trading volume. Access: /corporation → Catalog.
