Stock Market

Trade corporation stocks. Buy, sell, track your portfolio.

What Is the Stock Market

The stock market is a trading platform for corporation shares. Price is determined by supply and demand. Each corporation can conduct an IPO (Initial Public Offering) — issuing shares for public trading. After IPO, members buy and sell shares among themselves.

How to Buy Stocks

Two order types: • Market Order — instant purchase at current market price. Guarantees execution, not price. • Limit Order — bid to buy at a specific price or lower. Executes when a matching seller is found. Buy: /corporation → Stock Market.

How to Sell Stocks

Same as buying: • Market Order — instant sale at current price. • Limit Order — ask to sell at a specific price or higher. On sale, currency is credited to your balance.

Portfolio

View your positions: • Share count per ticker • Average buy price • Current value • Profit/loss (absolute and %) Portfolio: /corporation → Stock Market → Portfolio.

Price Alerts

Set notifications when a target price is reached: • Alert when price goes above/below threshold • Works through the bot's notification system Alerts: via the stock market panel.

For Administrators

Dashboard → Stock Market: • Stock settings (StockSettings) • Enable/disable trading • Cancel open orders • View trade history and volumes

Risks

Stock prices can go up or down. Liquidity depends on member activity — with few orders, selling may be difficult. Loss is a normal part of trading. This is a game mechanic, not real money.
