What is Mentorship?
Mentorship pairs experienced server members (mentors) with newcomers (mentees). Mentors help new members learn server features, rules, and community culture.
How to Use
1. Open /menu → Referrals → Mentorship 2. Browse available mentors or request mentorship 3. Once accepted, communicate through the mentorship channel 4. Complete milestones to earn rewards
Settings
Configure via /admin → Mentorship: - Enable/disable - Mentor requirements (min days, min reputation) - Reward amounts
